RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Because our products are fulfilled by independent supplier partners, return and refund eligibility is determined by each supplier's policies. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at renewallongevity@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll work with the supplier to resolve it promptly. We respond to all inquiries within 3 business days.
